The work that we do is focused on the Indigenous population of Guatemala. The Mayan people make up over 50% of the population in Guatemala but have the greatest need in terms of education, healthcare and better living conditions.
Over the years we have focused on the El Quiche region – in the highlands northwest of Guatemala City – about an 8 hours drive.
Here is just one of the extended families that we were able to help. They now have clean drinking water and a safe stove for cooking in the home.
